Jeremy > sure. when I start the Network Smart capture program, the camera light turns green, but the image on the software is ! all black and the camera doesn't seem to work.

Jeremy > the camera appears to be functioning, but the picture is all black! and grainy. It is transmitting some data, but not a picture. I've tried adjusting the focus and I have enough light, so it's not that.

Jeremy > yes, I've followed those steps, however, the "smart capture utlity" is not in my startup tab in MSCONFIG.
